- Dear Patients:
I would like to start by expressing to you the joy and satisfaction that I have been blessed with these last 25 years. I have been given the gift of having a career that I love and it has been a privilege to have participated in your healthcare needs. I have always strived to give the best care and attention possible. The most fulfilling part of my interaction with you has been the opportunity to get to know you and your family and share myself and my family with you, from the time my children were babies in my home office. Over the years Nate and Tessa and I have grown with you and have shared the good as well as the difficult times. I want you to know that you are truly appreciated and your support through my own difficult times and health scares has been invaluable.
It has been a pleasure working with you over the years. I wanted to let you know that if you are wishing to see me as of August 1, 2013 I will no longer be practicing at 728 Weiland Rd.
As for my next journey in life, after obtaining my Master’s degree last year, I secured a teaching position. In addition to becoming an Assistant Professor teaching Pathology at OSTM, I am excited to join practices with Dr. Michael Young at Young Chiropractic at his offices near Eastview Mall and the Finger Lakes Spine Center located in the professional building of Thompson Hospital. I have appreciated your trusting referrals over the years and invite a continued working relationship with you. If you have friends and loved ones in this area I would be most honored to work with them. I will be working with the Finger Lakes Spine Center and the Maxwell-Boev Clinic made up of James Maxwell MD, Angel Boev MD, and Jennifer Gargano MD, leaders in the field of spinal care. For those who recall my own post cancer struggles remember how I desired to be a part of a collaborative treatment environment.
Here’s to another twenty-five years of working together!
